TRAUM is expanding its team in 2026. We’re looking for a culture-obsessed creator who lives and breathes nightlife to shape our TikTok channel. If you’re a student with a sharp eye for trends, someone who knows what’s next before the masses do, you’re the perfect fit.

This role moves fast. You’ll work in an environment where ideas take form immediately. We encourage you to be freely creative, developing your best work in and around one of Antwerp’s most iconic venues.

YOUR ROLE:

• Lead the creative direction of TRAUM’s TikTok channel.
• Be in the know of platform trends and cultural shifts.
• Develop high-impact concepts and push bold ideas.
• Translate those ideas into content that actually performs and resonates.

WHO ARE YOU?

• A student who is constantly overflowing with new ideas.
• You have a background in content creation and a portfolio that proves it.
• You can film and edit content entirely on your own.
• You are deeply tuned into club culture and the energy of the dancefloor.
• A collaborative team player with professional English writing and digital communication skills.
