OWN makes uncommon and collectible design pieces accessible globally, providing a creative space that empowers bold creators to present their story-driven work through an interactive web shop, other online channels, and physical exhibitions worldwide. We work with both well-known and emerging designers who have a strong narrative behind their work. Our services include sales, marketing, logistics, and production support, fostering a collaborative network among designers.

his is a full time role for a Gallery Events & Sales Coordinator located on-site in Brussels. The Gallery Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day gallery operations, including customer service, gallery administration, and supporting exhibitions and events. The role involves maintaining the gallery space, interacting with visitors, and providing information about the exhibited pieces and their narratives. More specifically:
- Event management
- Events/dinners/exhibitions Organization
- Invitations events/fairs
- OWN Collectors Circle management
- Looking for new event locations
- Sales & Logistics
- Prospection
- Physical sales in the gallery/visits
- Shipping organization + follow up
- CRM sales overview
