About the job: As Night Manager, you are the key point of contact on the floor from the moment the club opens, ensuring the night runs smoothly from start to finish. You hold ultimate responsibility for the daily operations of Fuse during our club nights. You ensure a flawless flow of guests and staff, and guarantee that the unique vibe of Fuse is maintained from the first track until the lights go out.

Your responsibilities

• Operational & Staff Management: You are the primary point of contact for the entire team on the floor (bar staff, security, care team, technicians, and ticket control). You ensure coordination and smooth cooperation between security and all other departments to maintain a cohesive working environment.
• Reporting & Communication: You act as the bridge between management and operations, facilitating clear communication across all teams. Reporting directly to management, you serve as their extension on the floor, ensuring that decisions, standards, and operational procedures are executed to the highest level.
• Financial Management: You oversee all end-of-night procedures, including cash desk closing, irregularity reporting, smooth operational handover, and the secure closure of the club.
• Safety & Compliance: You ensure the safety of both guests and staff. You are familiar with our internal rules and act decisively and appropriately in the event of incidents.
• Hospitality Management: You are the ‘eyes and ears’ on the dancefloor. You ensure that the atmosphere remains respectful and inclusive, in line with our club values.
• Crisis Management: In the event of technical issues, or other unforeseen situations, you are the person who makes the necessary decisions and remains calm under pressure.

Required experience, knowledge and availability

• Experience: You have a minimum of 2 years experience in nightlife, horeca or event management, preferably in a club environment or large-scale hospitality.
• Leadership: You have previous experience leading teams and taking responsibility for people on the floor. You know how to guide people in a constructive manner, even in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Operational and financial all-rounder: You have proven experience combining operational decisiveness with financial insight, ensuring everything runs efficiently and in a structured way.
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Availability: You are available during weekends and on public holidays.
