As PR & Communications Manager, you will take a leading role within the Club Paradis team, managing communication and PR strategies for a portfolio of clients across art, design, architecture and hospitality. You will work closely with our clients, translating their ambitions into strong stories, relevant communication strategies and impactful PR campaigns — from initial concept and positioning to execution and follow-up.

We are looking for someone with at least five years of relevant experience in PR, communications, media or a related field, who is able to manage projects and client relationships independently. You understand what makes a story relevant, know how to turn content into strong editorial angles, and have a solid understanding of the Belgian media landscape. An existing network within media, culture, design or lifestyle is a strong asset.

You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality. At Club Paradis, a manager is not only responsible for developing strategies, but is equally comfortable writing a press release, pitching a story to a journalist, managing a press request or coordinating an event. You will oversee projects from A to Z, while working closely with and guiding other members of the team.

A profound interest in art, design and architecture is essential. You are curious about what is happening culturally, understand the worlds our clients operate in and are able to identify opportunities beyond the obvious. Excellent written and spoken Dutch, French and English are important for this role.

Club Paradis offers a senior and varied position in a dynamic and ambitious environment. You will work closely with leading artists, galleries, museums, designers, architects, cultural institutions and hospitality projects in Belgium and internationally. We welcome people with initiative, personality and a strong sense of ownership.
