We are looking for an Accounting and Finance Assistant to join the Brussels team for two days per week. Reporting directly to the Director, you will provide essential support across various financial and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for artists, suppliers, and sales transactions
• Support accounting activities, including expense tracking, tax return preparation, and document management
• Oversee and maintain service agreements and related financial documentation
• Assist in preparing budget forecasts and administrative documents related to accounting and gallery exhibitions
• Monitor and update reporting dashboards to provide accurate and timely financial data
• Organize and archive accounting documents to maintain compliance and accessibility
• Maintain and update accounting journals, including purchases, sales, and cash transactions
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the external accounting office
