Bridging physical and digital reals with a metropolitan cultural focus, Cement Magazine goes beyond the concrete jungle. Amongst stark structural elements lies soft, natural elements waiting to be discovered. In addition to reporting on trending topics, Cement's editorial lens takes readers on story-driven journeys through the lens of unique personalities of various urban landscapes. This is facilitated with photography, sonic discovery, and other forms of artistic expression. Every place has something to tell. Cement Magazine aims to make sure these stories are heard.

As part of a digital marketing / editorial content creation internship, Brussels-based Cement Magazine seeks contributing writers + photographers for its online platform.

This is an opportunity to grow an international online culture (music, events, art, and film) publication while learning about SEO/AEO/GEO content production. All articles and photos will be credited to your name for building a portfolio.

In addition, to gain agency experience, writers may be asked to create articles for Cement Creative’s clients.

Applicants should be prepared to assist with the following:

  • Generating blog articles ranging from 300 words to 1,000+ words
  • Creating social media copy + social media strategy
  • Reviewing / photographing live concerts + festivals*
  • Conducting performance analytics

A knowledge of the following is useful:

  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • WordPress
  • Analytics (Google, Meta)
  • Microsoft Office
