We are looking for a Gallery Assistant to join our small, dynamic team, in a role that calls for independence, adaptability, a strong eye for visual detail, and excellent organizational abilities.

  • Organisation of gallery exhibitions and the gallery’s participation in art fairs
  • Visitor relationships at the gallery and art fairs
  • Maintaining customer relationships
  • Managing and expanding the gallery’s presence across social media channels
  • Drafting and distributing press releases, newsletters, digital preview dossiers, and press kits
  • Maintaining and archiving artwork inventory, high-resolution photography, and database systems
  • Administration, HR and accountancy support
